Last week Grammi brought over some umbrellas for the kids.
Since then Katelyn has been dying to use her umbrella.
Well as luck would have it, today was a perfect umbrella day.
So Katelyn went out and and stood in the rain with her umbrella.
On a side note: Carter got an umbrella too, his is a clear umbrella
with a blue handle. The day he got his umbrella it was raining, but
by the time it was time to go to school it had stopped. Carter took his umbrella
anyway in case it rained again. It didn't. When I picked him up from school he said:
"Mommy, it didn't rain again, but I just used my umbrella to keep the sun off of me"
I couldn't stop laughing, because a see through umbrella is perfect for keeping the sun off.
